Sharp is a Rochester area native who studied clarinet at Hochstein School of Music. Also, she played piano and cello. Following a successful application to The Boston Conservatory because of her enthusiasm for school theatre, Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp upon her graduation. Sharp determined to pursue a career in theater after completing her Cum Laude degree with an B.F.A. Sharp performed on The Broadway National Tour of Carousel and debuted off-Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and was in eight roles on the interactive comedy Eat the Runt. Sharp has also performed in Abyssinia and Aida and also Thunder Knockin Jitney as well as The Producers. She was even a reading partner for August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp's work is not limited to screen or stage. Sharp also wrote and written several scripts. Sharp is developing her first album for studio work. Sharp is a fan of fitness. She stays fit by doing boxing, studying Krav Maga, and taking long road trips. Sharp lives with her spouse and two children and lives in Los Angeles.
