Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. Her Professional Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started competing in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. After only one year, she could earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from performing following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show she competed for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. She had already won four other fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to complete her degree at college. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. She finished at third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week, with one day being a light weight day and another heavier weight day.
